Where is the cheapest place to get Silly Bandz?

I get Silly Bandz from a couple of different places and they are kinda expensive, where can you buy silly bands for cheap prices?

My friend went to Walgreens and saw them for three dollars a pack. Thats the cheapest price I know of. Their also at Publix for $3.99.
